Cerulean Technology wasn't happy with its web site. It was not delivering the quality of message the company wanted and it was not generating leads as they had hoped. So Cerulean called Multi-Media Communications.

Video Program Puts Safety First

How do you combine a public relations video with a safety awareness video - and make both work without breaking the budget?

This was the challenge Multi-Media faced in a recent project for a medical emergency response organization. We began with a series of interviews to learn what was most important to the various team members. Helicopter pilots had one set of concerns, ground support teams had another, and paramedics still another.

The script we developed focused on safety training as an essential part of the overall services. In that way, the video could be used to promote the services, praise the valuable work of the team, and still provide a graphic reminder of the steps necessary for safe and effective emergency response.

Multi-Media's novel approach to the nine-minute, high-impact video is a valuable tool for other emergency response teams throughout the United States. Our client utilizes the program in their own operations and is offering the video to others.
