Since 1974 Multi-Media Communications (MMC) has provided a broad range of consulting and creative agency services to business, and industry, as well as medical, financial and educational institutions. MMC has several interconnecting divisions: Technical Consulting, Internet Services, Interactive Kiosk Development, Presentation & Design, and Business Theaters.

The Technical Consulting Division provides clients with timely, accurate information about communications issues regarding the integration of today's computer technologies. Our consulting services help our clients make the right choices. Specific answers and recommendations are provided with regard to selection of both computer hardware and software as well as  insight into the new multi-media technologies. Development of computer systems for training and communications is our specialty.

The Internet Services Division (MMCIS) was established in 1993, and provides a multitude of connectivity and graphic services to companies who want to be part of the Internet. We specialize in creating and maintaining innovative client Web Sites. Our Web Servers & Sites provide sophisticated internet program functionality typically not found elsewhere. Database management, complex forms processing, secure transactions, and creation of sophisticated multi-media for web pages are just a few of the many advanced services that we offer our clients.

The Presentation & Design Division provides clients with all types of high quality audio visual presentations including: computer animation, 35mm computer generated slides, full color overhead transparencies, multi-image and multi-media presentations, typesetting, design, layout and mechanicals. Our creative designers address issues such as logo and theme designing, media mix of audio-visuals, increase in audience participation and retention, and a variety of other factors that deal with deriving the maximum impact effect from a presentation. The Presentation Division also operates the Imaging Center, which prepares high resolution color slides and overheads from all major graphic software packages. By accurately defining our clients' needs and goals, MMC customizes each project to perform its task effectively and economically.

The Interactive Kiosk Division produces electronic kiosks for use in trade shows, lobby directories, and  malls. We incorporate the very latest in technology with advanced features capabilities that include laser disk, updating images using the common phone lines, and total remote database management. Multi-Media Communications' kiosks are built for total reliability; many of our installed kiosks have been running around the clock for over two years without a service call.

The Business Theaters Division provides clients with a variety of services required to produce a successful meeting. The Business Theaters concept offers clients over 62 pre-formatted multi-image programs that can be customized to include your people, products, and logos. These presentations provide a central meeting theme as well as an excellent way to motivate employees and build self esteem. The Business Theaters Division also provides speaker support and staging services on location. Multi-Media Communications is known for creating dramatic computer animation and projection, live video and spectacular special effects. Our services include designing and rehearsing speaker presentations, using multiple projectors for enhanced effects, and arranging for all audio visual support required to run a top notch meeting.

About Don Baine, President, Multi-Media Communications

Don Baine is the president and founder of MMC. He has a B.E. in electronic engineering and a masters degree in education and instructional media technology. He was an associate professor for several years at Boston State College and a visiting lecturer at Boston University, Boston College, and Emerson College.

Mr. Baine has presented many seminars and training programs dealing with a variety of communication technologies. His "Creative Presentations" seminars have been an overwhelming success and are always completely booked. Over the years Mr. Baine has been a consultant to many prestigious corporations including American Express, General Motors, Corning, GTE, and KPMG.
